EPDM Rubber Roofing is the only version of Liquid EPDM rubber in the world and made right here in the U.S.A. Applied directly to virtually any surface without the need for our proFlex primer EPDM, technical name, Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer. EPDM rubber roofing is used in many of the products used today from appliance hoses, radiator hoses in our cars, to washers and insulation. With such an outstanding history of success and over a twenty five history in the roofing industry as the only liquid EPDM rubber in the world EPDM Rubber roofing is ideal to recoat existing roofs and add a significant number of years to the life of a roof.

The following roof types-substrates do NOT require the ProFlex primer

Only one coat of the Liquid EPDM Various Metal Roofing systems Weathered Galvanized Weathered Aluminum Weathered Copper Any original epdm rubber roofing system Concrete where there is little foot traffic Sprayed Urethane Foam Fiberglass PVC Acrylic Sheet and any acrylic based products Weathered Vinyl The below roof types- substrates will require one coat of the ProFlex primer prior to application of Liquid. Some needs primer but even more saving than other sealants

First needing our ProFlex primer Stainless steel-Only if sanded Neither the primer or EPDM Rubber Roofing EPDM can be applied to glass Silicone caulk-Any silicone caulk needs to be removed and replaced with either butyl or acrylic caulk Heavily trafficked surfaces like decks or porches Hypalon Membrane-ProFlex primer is required first Wood applications.

you may see that only EPDM Rubber roofing has even been used in boiling water and steam applications. It also gives it advantages over Neoprene in saltwater environments as well as better resistance to cathode disbandment. It is one in his form and cannot leave working in any temperature and condition. Its superior resistance to cold and heat and by cold, mean 40 below zero and heat up to 300 degrees F. It does tremendously well as a blockade to ozone and UV and has the capacity to keep hold of its color over time.
